Anyone using clikr to host illegal images, will be reported to the authorities and all content will be deleted.

Uploaded images are private and anonymous, however if they are shared on the internet and gain popularity they might be included in the random picture gallery.

Hotlinking clikr images is allowed, however as clikr is free to use please use this feature sparingly. When hotlinking images, please provide a link back to the original link if possible. Do not use clikr to host images for website elements.

You agree to indemnify and hold clikr harmless from any loss, liability, claim, damage and expense, including attorney fees, arising from or related to the content, use, or deletion of your files or use of any other feature or service. This includes your responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights. Any defamatory or unlawful material contained within your files.

By accepting these terms, you waive and hold harmless company from any claims resulting from any action taken by clikr during or as a result of its investigations and/or from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by either clikr or law enforcement authorities. We'll be cool if you'll be cool.

We do our best to keep the servers up but please be aware there is always a possibility of maintenance that requires downtime. Images may load slowly or not at all during periods of maintenance.
